JEFFERY RIDDLE – OWNER/TEAM LEADER
Our Company Started Through a Deep Love of Our Craft, Our Customers, and Our Community
Jeffery has been designing and building beautiful landscapes and outdoor spaces in North Texas for well over 20 years. He grew up in the hill country outside Austin where he started his first landscape business.

Jeffery graduated from Texas A&M University and earned his MBA from The University of Texas, Austin. He was born in Fort Worth and lives in Richardson. He and his wife Catherine have 5 children and 3 rescue dogs. They host UTD students in their home and support K-9 rescue organizations in North Texas.
HAYDEN DAVENPORT - PRINCIPAL/TEAM LEADER
Hayden grew up in a family of builders and has been building since the time he could follow his dad around. From ground-up new builds to backyard renovations and even handmade furniture, he can do it all!
"I love what I do because I get the opportunity to serve people and help them design a space for family and friends to gather. Then I get to work with our crews to plan and execute the build and make clients' dreams come true!"
Hayden earned his bachelor's degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He lives in Richardson with his wife Jenna, daughter Hannah and one four legged member of the family. He loves woodworking and any activity that's in the great outdoors!
TYLER BIGHAM - PRINCIPAL/TEAM LEADER
Tyler immersed himself into the landscape profession at an early age through his interests in nature’s scenery, outdoor sports, and agriculture. He is driven by his passion for creating beautiful, sustainable, and enjoyable spaces. He likes to push the envelope of creativity while keeping functionality and budget as a foundation for all projects.
"Do what you love, and love what you do! Taking a dream idea from a scratch piece of paper to a livable, enjoyable space is doing what I love, and seeing the excited looks on our clients' faces when the process is complete makes me love what I do a lot!"
Tyler compiled an extensive education with a degree in Plant Science from Lubbock Christian University and a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University. Since then, he has developed a unique skill-set over 10 years in the DFW landscape industry. Tyler lives in Plano with his amazing wife Bethany, his son Barrett, and great dane, Gus. Tyler grew up in Lubbock and loves to be with family. His hobbies include outdoor sports like golf, baseball, and skiing, but when inside, he enjoys reading and playing board games.
CAMMY AGRAZ - OFFICE MANAGER
Cammy grew up all over the U.S., including stints in Oklahoma, Fort Worth, and Victoria, Texas. She helps manage the back office operations for Alterra. This frees up our designers to do what they do best - work with our clients to create landscapes and living areas they will love. She has seen their work up close and personal as she has been an Alterra client for two projects.

After getting her degree at the University of Georgia and honing her project management skills in the temporary employee industry (as well as raising three boys), Cammy attended the N.C. State School of Design, where she focused on landscape architecture and managed the operations of an interior design firm. She and her husband, Fito, live in Carrollton with their three pugs. Cammy considers herself lucky to look at an award winning Alterra masterpiece every day just outside her windows!
BILL LEINBERGER – CHIEF BUILDER
Bill grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska and moved to the DFW area in 1974. He has been building beautiful homes, renovations and structures since the last ice age (a long time) – he earned his Journeyman Carpentry Certificate at Dallas Carpenter’s Local Union #198 in 1977! He is truly a master craftsman, manager, leader and motivator.
“My passion is working with tools in my hands building something beautiful for someone. Now days I’m leading crews more often than not and I love teaching the young guys how to do things the right way to achieve the highest quality project possible. After all, my customers are my friends and we always go the extra mile to make them smile!”
Bill earned his Associates Degree in Construction Management from Richland College and holds a Professional Real Estate Inspectors License. He loves to fly-fish and spend time outdoors with his Golden Retriever, Jackson. He has two children and three grandchildren.
