Our Refined Design-Build Process, From Exploration to Execution
Creativity is the keystone of our landscaping services. Every project is built to highlight your design preferences, expectations for your outdoor space, and plans for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. We use our three-step Explore+Design+Build process to create signature landscapes for every client. At every step of the journey, we strive to bring you joy, unlimited possibilities, and luxurious design.

We begin with an on-site visit and in-depth conversation to understand your goals, lifestyle, and how you want to use your space. We assess site conditions, review the Design/Build Agreement, and explore your style using tools like a shared Pinterest board. From there, we’ll create early sketches that reflect your vision and start shaping your ideal landscape together.
Our landscape designers turn your ideas into detailed plans using 2D drawings, 3D models, and material samples. You’ll see how everything comes together and have opportunities to give input throughout. Your complete design package includes pricing, materials, and timeline details, with trusted partners lined up for installation. Once approved, we handle permits and HOA paperwork to keep things seamless.
The same Principal who guided you through design will oversee the build. Daily check-ins keep you informed, and you’ll be involved in key decisions like tree placement and material choices. We keep a clean site, stick to schedule, and communicate clearly from start to finish. Your space is built with craftsmanship, care, and a focus on long-term durability.
