everyday family activities while maintaining a cohesive overall design. - The covered outdoor kitchen and dining area serve as the primary gathering space, providing
comfortable seating, cooking amenities, and a seamless transition between the home and backyard. - A spacious patio with a central fire feature establishes an inviting outdoor living area designed for
relaxation and social gatherings throughout the year. - A custom putting green introduces a recreational focal point while soft, organic edging creates visual
contrast against the clean architectural lines of the hardscape. - A dedicated basketball sports court provides an active play space while remaining integrated into the
overall landscape design. - Expansive lawn areas were intentionally preserved to provide open space for the homeowners’
children, creating flexibility for play while balancing the more structured recreational amenities. - Curved planting beds featuring ornamental trees, shrubs, and decorative stone soften the geometric

Build Process + Challenges
- The project began with site preparation, grading, and installation of the hardscape foundation to
establish the primary outdoor living and recreation spaces. - Construction of the covered outdoor kitchen and patio required careful coordination to integrate
cooking, dining, and seating areas into a unified entertainment space. - Precise grading and base preparation were essential to ensure proper drainage throughout the patio,
putting green, sports court, and surrounding lawn areas. - Installation of the synthetic putting green required careful shaping and contouring to create a
realistic playing surface while blending naturally into the surrounding landscape. - Decorative planting beds and natural stone borders were installed to soften transitions between the
hardscape, lawn, and recreational spaces while maintaining a clean, modern appearance. - Irrigation and landscape lighting systems were incorporated to support long-term landscape health
and extend the functionality of the outdoor living spaces into the evening. - The final phase focused on completing the planting design and finishing details, creating a balanced
landscape that supports entertaining, recreation, and everyday family use.

- This project fell within our Backyard Tier 3 pricing range of $150,000–$750,000+, and we
successfully delivered the project within the client’s budget while maintaining the quality and design
intent of the landscape.
