Initial Client Vision

Build Process + Challenges
- A large variety of evergreen species was implemented to ensure year-round visual appeal. To add seasonal interest and vibrant color, species such as Juniper Blue Rug, Japanese Maple, and Redbud were incorporated throughout the design.
- Alterra also integrated additional lighting fixtures to enhance safety and improve nighttime usability.
- To satisfy the client’s vision for a natural and organic aesthetic, river rocks and flagstone were incorporated to provide texture and natural borders throughout the landscape.
- To further elevate the experience, large colorful pots were added on both sides of the pedestrian entrance, creating moments where both the client and visitors can pause, appreciate, and experience the front yard as more than just an entry space—but as an outdoor living landscape.

- The project fell within our Front Yard Tier 2 pricing range of $45,000–$100,000, and we successfully delivered the project within the client’s budget.
