While the house, barn, and pond already existed on-site, the client envisioned a fully integrated outdoor environment that blended upscale living with natural landscape design.

Build Process
The build process began with site preparation, grading, and elevation management to establish the structural foundation of the project. Retaining walls, stairs, driveways, and walkways were then installed to create accessibility and flow throughout the property.
Once the hardscape framework was completed, the team integrated the outdoor living features, including the pool and outdoor kitchen, before completing the large-scale landscape installation. Layered planting, decorative stonework, and ground coverings were carefully installed to soften architectural elements and create a cohesive estate-style landscape experience.
