Initial Client Vision

Build Process + Challenges
- The project began with site preparation, grading, and excavation to establish the foundation for the
new outdoor living space. The custom pool and spa were then constructed, followed by installation of
the surrounding hardscape, including paving, walkways, and entertainment areas. - A portion of the existing driveway had to be carefully removed to allow the installation of
underground pool plumbing and piping connecting the pool to the equipment pad. The area was then
restored to maintain the property’s appearance and functionality. - Once the structural elements were complete, irrigation, lighting, turf, decorative stone, and planting
beds were installed throughout the property. The final phase focused on layered landscape planting

successfully delivered the project within the client’s budget.
